ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) Glass Slides

MF-2073 provides a trio of voltammetry electrodes (L to R): platinum, gold, glassy carbon

ITO Glass (Indium Tin Oxide, In₂O₃/SnO₂) is a glass substrate coated with a thin, transparent, electrically conductive oxide layer and is widely used in applications requiring both optical transparency and electrical conductivity. ITO Glass is one of the most widely used Transparent Conducting Oxide (TCO) coated substrates.

ITO glass slides are commonly used in electrochemical and spectro-electrochemical applications including:

  • Spectro-electrochemical devices such as electrochromic displays and smart windows.

  • Electrodes for opto-electrochemical and bio-sensors

  • Electrodes in amperometric sensing applications

  • Source and drain electrodes in electrolyte-gated thin-film transistors

  • Transparent electrodes for stripping voltammetry and cyclic voltammetry

  • Catalyst supports for platinum in oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) studies for anion exchange membrane fuel cells

  • Electrochemical oxidation of formaldehyde or methanol

  • Catalyst supports for IrO₂, molecular iridium, and silver oxide in oxygen evolution reaction (OER) studies

Spectro-electrochemical cells are also available to support complete experimental setups.

ITO Glass Slides are available in four different sizes:
