BASi and Origalys Announce Exclusive North American Distribution Partnership

WEST LAFAYETTE, IN — BASi Research Products, a global leader in sophisticated electroanalytical chemistry instruments and niche preclinical research solutions, has officially partnered with French electrochemistry innovator OrigaLys ElectroChem SAS as the exclusive distributor of OrigaLys instruments, software, and accessories across North America.
This strategic alliance brings together BASi's decades of specialized market expertise in the United States and Canada with OrigaLys’s premium, high-quality product portfolio. Research labs, universities, and industrial sectors throughout North America will now have direct, localized access to advanced electrochemical testing solutions backed by BASi’s technical support, service, and infrastructure.
Through this exclusive agreement, with a focus to provide energy research solutions to its customers, BASi Research Products will exclusively distribute the OrigaLys analytical lineup in Northern America, including:
- OrigaStat & OrigaFlex Potentiostats/Galvanostats: High-performance, modular instruments designed for academic research, teaching laboratories, and complex industrial applications. High current – high voltage applications including Multichannel configurations.
- OrigaMux Multiplexers: Multi-channel system expansions allowing users to screen up to 72 electrochemical cells from a single instrument channel.
- Corrosion Measurement Systems: Advanced, non-destructive tools like the OrigaCorr engineered for exact, in-situ corrosion rate analysis.
- Electrodes, Tips, and Laboratory Accessories: Comprehensive structural supplies, rotating disc electrodes (RDE), and customized cell accessories built to elevate experimental consistency.
